About the role
Driving deep product adoption for Zoom Contact Center, the full-time remote Product Adoption Expert will serve as a liaison between Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams, ensuring effective onboarding and maximizing business value through expert engagement and educational initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the adoption expert for Zoom Contact Center, focusing on routing/IVR design, omnichannel workflows, and AI-assisted capabilities
Join customer calls and workshops to map use cases and accelerate the adoption of key workflows
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable adoption resources and ensure new feature launches are accompanied by adoption-ready materials
Required Qualifications
Hands-on experience with contact center or unified communications platforms
Experience in contact center administration, implementation, or customer success roles
Familiarity with migration dynamics between contact center platforms
Understanding of routing design, omnichannel queues, and workforce management tools
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and operational stakeholders
