Position Overview:
We’re currently recruiting Membership Sales Leaders (Fitness Directors) and Membership Sales Concierges to help launch Club Studio throughout New York City. This is a unique opportunity to become part of the founding leadership team introducing one of the fitness industry’s most anticipated upscale fitness brands into one of the world’s most dynamic markets. As a Membership Sales Leader (Fitness Director), you’ll be responsible for leading membership growth, coaching and developing a high-performing sales team, delivering an exceptional member experience, building community relationships, driving local marketing initiatives, and helping establish the culture, standards, and operational excellence that will define Club Studio throughout New York City. As a Membership Sales Concierge, you’ll introduce prospective members to the Club Studio experience, generate memberships, build lasting relationships, and help create an exceptional first impression of our brand. The leaders who join us today won’t simply open clubs—they’ll help shape the culture, standards, and future of Club Studio throughout New York City. Selected candidates will participate in paid training prior to opening and will enjoy exceptional opportunities for professional growth as Club Studio continues its nationwide expansion. Compensation Membership Sales Leaders (Fitness Directors)Starting hourly compensation begins at $30+, plus commissions, overtime, and performance bonuses. Top-performing Membership Sales Leaders have the opportunity to earn approximately $110,000–$150,000+ annually through hourly compensation, commissions, overtime, and performance bonuses. Membership Sales Concierges Starting hourly compensation begins at $20+, plus commissions. We’re seeking proven leaders from upscale fitness, boutique fitness, hospitality, retail, and membership-driven organizations who have demonstrated success in: ● Leadership and team development ● Membership sales and business growth ● Delivering exceptional member experiences ● Coaching and developing high-performing teams ● Community outreach and local marketing ● Building positive, performance-driven cultures Strong communication skills, professionalism, business acumen, and a genuine passion for health, fitness, and leadership are essential.
