Stop Incentives: +$12.50 per stop paid The Work & Operational Expectations Freight Handling: 100% No-Touch Freight (Mix of live loads/unloads, preloads, and drop-and-hook) Running Radius: Operating within a 150-mile radius of yard Common Loops: Regional hub drops including runs into other yards Equipment & Gear: Slip-seat operation driving clean daycabs. Containers are mounted directly onto bare chassis at the ramp Ramp Operations: Occasional 30 to 60-minute wait times for "flips" at the ramp when mounting containers onto DOT-legal chassis Shift, Schedule & Home Time
Home Time: semi local some weeks, local other weeks, reset at home after every single shift
Weekly Hours: Solid 55 to 70 hours per week (averaging 1012 hours per shift)
Available Shifts: Night Shifts available Schedule Options: Sunday through Thursday Tuesday through Saturday (Weekend work is standard on this fleet)
