Piper Companies is seeking an Operations Associate with strong experience in customer service and organizational skills. The ideal Operations Associate will be hybrid 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) in Durham, NC.
Responsibilities for the Operations Associate include: Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders.
Process and manage insurance policies and annuity contracts.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation.
Assist with policy renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
Maintain and update client records in the database.
Prepare reports and analyze data to support operational decisions.
Qualifications for the Operations Associate include: Bachelor's degree
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation for the Operations Associate include: Hourly rate: $20 - $23hr
