About the role

As a strategic lead for Customer Advocacy, the full-time remote Renewals Advocacy Manager will manage executive engagement, drive accountability for customer commitments, and coordinate initiatives to enhance customer experience and retention within the Global Renewals organization. Key responsibilities: Own executive engagement for Renewals, partnering on strategic customer meetings and renewal strategy discussions Drive accountability by capturing customer commitments and ensuring timely follow-through across cross-functional teams Lead the collection and analysis of customer feedback to influence business priorities and improve retention outcomes Required qualifications: 8-12 years of experience in enterprise SaaS or software Experience partnering with executive leadership (VP level and above) Strong customer-facing experience in renewals, retention, or account management Exceptional communication and presentation skills Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional alignment on customer health and success criteria
