About the role

seeking a Financial Analyst III to join its lean and highly collaborative finance team. This individual will serve as a key business partner supporting financial planning, forecasting, reporting, accounting operations, and strategic decision-making. This role combines traditional FP&A responsibilities with hands-on accounting and operational finance support. The team is specifically seeking someone who can contribute immediately while also demonstrating the leadership potential to eventually move into a Finance Manager-level position.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Position DutiesFP&A & Strategic Finance
  • Lead and support annual budgeting activities
  • Develop rolling forecasts and long-range financial projections
  • Build and maintain financial models
  • Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual variance analysis
  • Analyze actual results versus budget, forecast, and prior-year performance
  • Support P&L management and profitability analysis
  • Prepare executive and management reporting packages
  • Present financial findings and recommendations to leadership
  • Financial Reporting & Analysis
  • Prepare monthly financial reporting
  • Develop quarterly reporting and payout schedules
  • Perform operational and financial performance analysis
  • Identify trends and provide recommendations to improve business performance
  • Create ad hoc financial and operational analyses as needed
  • Accounting & Operational Finance
  • Assist with AP processing and AP cleanup initiatives
  • Prepare and analyze accruals
  • Support month-end close activities
  • Perform bank reconciliations
  • Perform balance sheet reconciliations
  • Ensure reporting accuracy and financial data integrity
  • Business Partnership
  • Partner closely with the CFO, Finance Manager, and operational leadership
  • Collaborate across departments to improve processes and reporting
  • Support strategic initiatives and organizational growth
  • Serve as a trusted finance partner to business stakeholders
