- Up to 10% annual bonus tied to individual performance and company success
- Consistently weld carbon steel, stainless steel, and other alloys using multiple processes and procedures in various positions.
- Operate safety equipment and use safe work habits including, but not limited to: working at heights, confined space, overhead crane, etc.
- Lay out, position, align, and secure parts and assemblies prior to assembly, using combination squares, two hole pins, wrap arounds, center finders and tape measures.
- Examine work pieces for defects and measure work pieces with straightedges or templates to ensure conformance with specifications.
- Consistently pass internal destructive (bend) and non-destructive (x-ray, etc) examinations of RMD, GMAW, GTAW, and SMAW welds.
- Lead a team of 1-3 team members on a project or job.
- Recognize, set up, and operate hand and power tools common to the welding trade.
- Clamp, hold, tack-weld, heat-bend, grind or bolt component parts to obtain required configurations and positions for welding.
- Regular attendance in accordance with the attendance policy
- Conduct activities in a safe and healthy manner and work in accordance with established safety and company requirements.
