We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Internal Recruiting Associate to join our growing organization. As an Internal Recruiting Associate, you will work directly with hiring managers and senior leadership to support hiring across multiple business functions and play a key role in the company's continued growth. This position offers meaningful ownership, direct exposure to hiring decisions, and excellent opportunities for professional development.
Responsibilities:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of healthcare and corporate positions, from sourcing through onboarding. Source and engage high-quality candidates through Linked In, job boards, referrals, university recruiting, networking, and other recruiting channels. Review resumes, academic credentials, and application materials to evaluate candidate qualifications and identify top talent. Conduct candidate interviews and provide hiring recommendations based on qualifications, experience, and overall fit. Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies. Coordinate interviews, manage candidate pipelines, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Prepare employment offers and support pre-employment onboarding, including background checks, drug screenings, and employment documentation. Represent Xenon Health at career fairs, networking events, and campus recruiting initiatives to strengthen employer branding and attract top talent. Maintain accurate recruiting records, analyze recruiting data, and contribute to continuous improvements that enhance hiring effectiveness and operational efficiency. Assist with additional recruiting and talent-related projects as the organization continues to grow.
Qualifications:
Required Bachelor's degree. Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Professionalism, sound judgment, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. Preferred Previous internship or professional experience in recruiting, human resources, healthcare, consulting, sales, business operations, or customer-facing roles. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Linked In Recruiter, or other recruiting platforms is a plus. Demonstrated leadership through internships, research, student organizations, athletics, or extracurricular activities. Interest in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or Business Operations.
Compensation & Benefits:
