About the role

- Terminal degree in a relevant field; formal theological education preferred
- Demonstrated experience in faith integration, Christian higher education, and academic ministry
- Strong teaching, facilitation, and communication skills
- Experience designing and leading faculty development and/or spiritual formation programs
- Ability to assess program effectiveness and communicate results effectively
- Experience in Christian higher education leadership or academic administration
- Scholarly engagement in faith integration, Christian theology, vocation, pedagogy, or related themes
- Experience directing retreats or spiritual formation initiatives
- Familiarity with web content management and digital resource development
