About the Role: A high-volume real estate practice is seeking a reliable, polished, and highly organized assistant to support client communication, scheduling, day-to-day operations, and marketing. This is a client-facing role that calls for warmth, discretion, refined communication, and the poise to represent the business professionally.Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week, with potential overtime; schedule may shift based on the executive's calendar.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage appointments, scheduling, follow-ups, and calendar coordination* Communicate with clients, vendors, agents, and business contacts in a warm, professional manner* Assist with day-to-day administrative and executive support tasks* Support marketing efforts, including social media, flyers, listings, and presentations* Organize documents, emails, files, and transaction-related materials* Help coordinate real estate-related office and field tasks* Maintain confidentiality with client and business matters
Requirements:
  • Fluent in Armenian and English (required)* Real estate license, or willingness to obtain one (required)* Strong organizational and communication skills* Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and real estate tools* Reliable transportation* Preferred: real estate/admin/marketing experience, a business-related degree, and familiarity with CRM systems, Canva, MLS, ZipForms, or DocuSign
