About the role

Position ResponsibilitiesMay include: Use Quotation Analysis tools to estimate cabinetry projects and finalize pricing for fulfillment and logistics. Work closely with the sales team to develop accurate, well-formatted proposals that reflect needs and project scope. Produce shop drawings for awarded projects and assist with ad hoc design requests via the Williams Designs channel. Provide technical assistance by printing take-offs and researching product specifications as needed Maintain accurate and organized project files and contract documentation using a predefined structure. Coordinate material orders and stage project fulfillment using CRM tools. Participate in training and sales meetings to stay aligned with team goals and industry trends. Collaborate across departments and support additional initiatives to meet evolving business needs. Support additional projects and duties as needed to meet business demands.
Knowledge & Skills: Demonstrates sound judgment, professionalism, and a strong sense of integrity. Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills with a proactive mindset and meticulous attention to detail. Excellent communication skills. Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools. ExperienceExperience with cabinetry, construction, or design software (especially 20/20 Design) is a strong. Education/Certification High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
