About the role
We are seeking an experienced, organized, and compassionate Family Law Paralegal/Legal Assistant to work closely with an established family law attorney in a busy, client-focused small practice. This is more than an administrative position. You will play an integral role in managing cases from intake through resolution, communicating directly with clients, preparing legal documents, coordinating deadlines and hearings, and helping keep the practice running smoothly. The ideal candidate is someone who takes ownership, thinks ahead, stays organized under pressure, and genuinely cares about providing excellent service to clients who are often navigating difficult and deeply personal circumstances.
