ECLARO is looking for a Complaint Intake Support for our client in Rensselaer, NY.Our client is a leading biotechnology company turning innovative science into life-changing medicines for patients with serious diseases. Responsibilities:
Monitor the group mailbox for product complaint correspondence and determine whether submissions are new events, additional information, or duplicates.
Enter and process information in the Quality Management System (EQMS).Assess events against Potential-to-be-a-Complaint (PTC) criteria and assign the appropriate risk level.
Coordinate with Call Center, Clinical Trial Management, and other personnel/contractors to obtain additional information.
Qualifications:
- Pharma/biotech or combo-product complaint handling.
- EQMS experience (Veeva Vault QMS, TrackWise, MasterControl).Ideally PV/AE recognition.
- Strong with high-volume email triage.
