Production Assembler We're hiring Production Assemblers to join our team for weekend shift at $21.75 per hour. Learn more about Seats Incorporated by watching our company video: https://youtu.be/q1JjHQhsRHwWhat You'll DoAssemble products using power tools, fasteners, adhesives, and other materials Follow detailed work instructions to ensure quality and accuracy Rotate between workstations based on production needs Inspect finished products to verify they meet quality standards Package completed products and prepare them for shipment Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)Work efficiently to meet production schedules and quality expectations Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve daily production goals Perform other duties as assigned What We're Looking For 18 years or older High school diploma or equivalent Must successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug test in accordance with company policy, including marijuana (THC).Ability to stand 10-12 hours and lift up to 25–50 lbs Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively Reliable attendance Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills Willingness to be flexible in work assignments Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required — we're willing to train the right person.
