About the role

Location: Remote within the United States, with travel as needed (up to 25%)
Employment Type: Full-time
Position Summary: The GRC Implementation and Integration Specialist leads customer implementations of governance, risk, and compliance platforms, including RegScale and related tools. This person works directly with customers to understand their needs, design the right solution, configure the platform, coordinate integrations, train users, and guide each implementation through launch and early adoption. This is a hands-on, customer-facing delivery role. The successful candidate will combine GRC knowledge, implementation experience, technical problem-solving, and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities: Lead customer implementations from kickoff through launch and early adoption. Conduct discovery sessions to understand the customer’s current processes, systems, control frameworks, evidence sources, challenges, and goals. Develop an implementation plan that addresses workflows, roles, data, integrations, training, schedule, and risks. Configure platform features such as control frameworks, workflows, forms, dashboards, user roles, and reports. Coordinate and document integrations with customer systems, including data mapping, application programming interfaces, and automated evidence collection. Troubleshoot configuration and user adoption issues and clearly communicate product gaps or technical needs to the appropriate teams. Train platform administrators and end users and develop clear user guides and repeatable procedures. Partner with sales, delivery, product, and leadership teams to manage scope, schedule, risks, budget, and customer expectations. Manage multiple customer engagements while maintaining quality and meeting delivery commitments. Translate requirements from frameworks such as NIST SP 800-53, FedRAMP, CMMC, NIST CSF, ISO 27001, and SOC 2 into practical platform configurations. Required Qualifications Four or more years of relevant experience in GRC platform implementation, professional services, solutions consulting, technical customer success, cybersecurity consulting, or a related field. Demonstrated experience leading implementations from discovery and design through configuration, training, and launch. Working knowledge of at least one major cybersecurity or compliance framework, such as NIST SP 800-53, FedRAMP, CMMC, NIST CSF, ISO 27001, or SOC 2. Experience working directly with both technical and business stakeholders. Ability to develop clear requirements, configuration documentation, training materials, and customer communications. Strong organization, problem-solving, and project coordination skills. U.S. work authorization. Preferred Qualifications Hands-on experience implementing a GRC platform such as RegScale, Telos Xacta, RSA Archer, Service Now GRC, or a similar solution. Experience with system integrations, including REST APIs, data mapping, and evidence connectors. Experience supporting federal agencies or highly regulated industries such as healthcare, defense, or financial services. Familiarity with OSCAL or compliance-as-code concepts. Experience using Python or PowerShell for light automation or data cleanup. PMP, CISM, CISA, CGRC, or a similar certification. Experience coaching or training junior implementation staff. What Success Looks Like Customers move into production with clear ownership, trained administrators, and confident users. Compliance evidence and workflows are managed in the platform instead of through one-off spreadsheets whenever practical. Integrations reduce manual work and improve the reliability of compliance data. Customers view this role as a trusted advisor who can translate their needs into an effective solution. Engagements remain on schedule, within scope, and aligned with customer expectations. Role Focus This position is best suited for someone who enjoys both customer interaction and hands-on implementation. It is not limited to policy writing, control assessment, product demonstrations, ticket-based support, or project administration. The person in this role must be comfortable configuring the platform and taking ownership of customer delivery.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
