This role focuses on application stability, infrastructure support, and incident management across distributed systems. This role requires strong expertise in middleware technologies, troubleshooting, production support, and monitoring, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced enterprise environment. Key ResponsibilitiesApplication / Web Platform SupportSupport Apache HTTPD, WebSphere, Tomcat, and WebLogic environmentsManage application deployments, configurations, and upgradesEnsure application availability and performanceIncident ManagementPerform L2/L3 production supportTroubleshoot application, middleware, and infrastructure issuesParticipate in on-call rotation and incident resolutionInfrastructure & System SupportProvision builds, configurations, and runtime environmentsMaintain middleware infrastructureSupport system upgrades and patchingMonitoring & PerformanceUtilize monitoring tools like GrafanaMonitor alerts, batch failures, and system performanceTroubleshoot performance bottlenecksCompliance & Risk ManagementParticipate in risk and control processesFollow compliance, policies, and operational proceduresCollaborationWork with application teams, vendors, and infrastructure teamsSupport enterprise incident managementCollaborate with stakeholders to resolve issuesDocumentationCreate operational documentation, policies, and proceduresMaintain system runbooks and support guidesMust-HaveQualifications3+ years of Infrastructure / Application Support experienceStrong experience with Apache HTTPD (Required)Strong experience with WebSphere (Required)Experience with Tomcat / WebLogicStrong troubleshooting skillsExperience in production support (Linux & Windows)Experience with monitoring tools (Grafana or similar)Strong communication and collaboration skillsPreferredQualificationsExperience in enterprise environmentsKnowledge of ServiceNow (Incident Management)Experience handling outage calls and triaging issuesUnderstanding of compliance and risk processesExperience troubleshooting HTTP and Java application issuesCore CompetenciesMiddleware / Web infrastructureProduction support & troubleshootingIncident managementMonitoring & performance tuningCommunication and teamworkWork EnvironmentEnterprise IT Infrastructure environmentApplication / Middleware production supportHybrid work model (3 days onsite)Additional RequirementsMust be eligible to work in the USMust be flexible for on-call rotationStrong problem-solving skills
