About the role
- Prepare journal entries related to cash activity, intercompany cash movements, banking transactions, and other treasury-related items
- Complete bank and cash account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Support month-end close activities for cash and treasury-related accounts
- Assist with payroll-related accruals, reclassifications, benefit funding entries, and general ledger activity
- Monitor daily bank activity and support cash balance and movement reporting
- Assist with bank account administration, treasury documentation, controls, and audit requests
- Partner with Accounting, FP&A, AP, Payroll, and Operations
- Participate in treasury reporting, variance analysis, cash forecasting, and process improvement projects
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 2-5 years of experience in corporate accounting, public accounting, or a related finance role
- Experience preparing journal entries, bank reconciliations, and month-end close support
- Strong understanding of cash activity and balance sheet reconciliationsERP experience and strong Excel skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to investigate and resolve discrepancies
- Genuine interest in developing a career in treasury
