About the role
MAHLE seeks a Regional Head of Benefits North America to shape and execute the NA benefits strategy across the US, Mexico, and Canada. You will lead the North American Benefits Center of Excellence, ensuring compliant, cost-effective programs that align with MAHLE's goal of being an Employer of Choice.
You’ll drive inclusive practices, manage talent, oversee retirement and pension plans, and translate global policies to regional needs, while tracking KPIs and regulatory compliance.
