About the role
Graphic DesignerOur client, a luxury yacht and charter company, is seeking a Graphic Designer to join their New York City team. This role will support the global marketing department by creating compelling digital and print collateral that reflects the company's premium brand. The ideal candidate is a creative, detail-oriented designer with a strong portfolio, excellent technical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesDesign and produce high-quality digital and print marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, proposals, advertisements, event branding, emails, social media assets, microsites, and infographics.Develop creative concepts from initial ideation through final production while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints by adhering to established brand guidelines and visual standards.Collaborate with the Head of Design and global marketing team to execute creative campaigns across multiple and edit photography to create polished, pixel-perfect visuals.Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting overlapping deadlines.Stay current on design trends, emerging technologies, AI tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas and creative solutions to the team.Collaborate cross-functionally to support marketing initiatives and business objectives.Take direction while also demonstrating initiative and contributing original creative ideas.Qualifications5+ years of professional graphic design experience in an in-house or agency environment.Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital design, print design, layout, typography, and branding.Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, and knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines.Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.Strong written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative, team-oriented approach.Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Experience designing for luxury or premium brands is preferred.Familiarity with UX/UI or interactive design tools is a plus.Passion for design, branding, AI, and emerging creative technologies.Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise professionalism at all times.Please submit your resume for consideration.
