This is a 1st shift opportunity where you'll apply your technical skills to create high-quality finishes on metal components. You'll work with a tight-knit team that prioritizes safety, precision, and personal development. Full training is provided for those who are mechanically inclined and eager to learn. We are seeking a detail-oriented Electroplater to perform a wide range of electroplating processes on a variety of metals and parts. This role involves preparing and maintaining plating solutions, working from technical documentation, and ensuring quality results through careful inspection. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, dependable, and takes pride in producing consistent, high-quality work.
Responsibilities Include:
But Are Not Limited To: Perform electroplating processes according to standardized methods Maintain plating solutions per required formulas Inspect parts and plating solutions to ensure optimal results Follow specifications, work orders, and instructions for each job Identify and reject parts that do not meet quality standards Adhere to all safety protocols and chemical handling procedures Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:
Prior plating experience required Comfortable using Excel, Outlook, and Word Ability to lift and move 3040 lb boxes regularly Fluent in English (verbal and written)Ability to work independently and in a team environment Strong understanding of safety procedures and chemical handling High school diploma or GED required Experience in the jewelry industry Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles Experience operating manufacturing machinery Ready To Take Pride In Your Work?
