Facility Administrator Donuts Stop Believin' manufactures fresh donuts for 170+ Dunkin' locations across the Tampa area every night. Our Facility Administrators are the organizational backbone of the operation supporting our management team, keeping our people processes on track, and making sure the facility has everything it needs to run smoothly. What You'll Do:
  • Support the onboarding process from offer to first day paperwork, orientation, and records
  • Monitor recruitment activity and help maintain healthy staffing levels
  • Serve as a first point of contact for employee questions, working closely with the HR team to resolve them
  • Assist with training and development tracking and documentation
  • Order and maintain supplies across all departments
  • Track warehouse inventory and available products
  • Receive, check, and sign off on incoming shipments
  • Perform data entry, filing, and recordkeeping
  • Answer phones and assist walk-in employees and visitors
  • Support the management team with day-to-day administrative needs
What We're Looking For:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 1 year of administrative, HR support, or office experience
  • Comfortable with word processing, data entry, and routine paperwork
  • Strong communicator who can work with employees at all levels of the organization
  • Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus
