About the role
- Publisher affiliate and commerce content
- Get Happy V placed, and kept, on the top women's probiotic and vaginal health roundups: Healthline, Medical News Today, Forbes Health (editorial), Fortune, Verywell Health, Everyday Health, Women's Health, Prevention, and more.
- Run our publisher program on Impact and ShareASale/Awin: commission structure, creative, product feeds, sample fulfillment, and payment terms.
- Own the commerce-editor relationships directly. Know who runs the supplements vertical at each publication and what their comparison table needs.
- Convert existing Amazon-linked placements to DTC or attribution-tagged links where it makes sense.
- Keep every live placement current: pricing, imagery, affiliate rate, product specs.
- PR and earned media
- Build and run the press plan: category stories, founder profiles, product launches, and the clinical and manufacturing story nobody else in vaginal health can tell.
- Prepare the CEO for interviews, podcasts, and panels; write the talking points.
- Handle inbound and outbound press and reactive opportunities within 24 hours.
- Manage any outside PR agency, if we use one.
- Medical and expert credibility
- Turn our doctor ambassador program into a public trust asset: a named medical advisory group, practitioner quotes editors can lift, a "recommended by" stat on every product page.
- Work with the regulatory lead so every claim we hand an editor is one they can repeat.
- Brand partnerships
- Source, negotiate, and run co-brand partnerships: co-marketing, bundles, giveaways, limited editions, and shared content with other brands that make sense for our category, women's health and wellness.
- Get Happy V onto other brands' and organizations' social business accounts: product features, co-posts, collaborator tags, newsletter swaps.
- Own the partner pipeline and the terms.
- Own the corporate voice outside paid and social: press releases, crisis response plan, external statements.
- Maintain the press kit, the clinical dossier, and the editor-ready spec sheet for every product.
- Podcasts, awards, and events
- Book the CEO, leadership, and our medical advisors on podcasts that reach our customers: women's health, longevity, founder, and clinician shows. Pitch, prep, and track what each booking drove.
- Run the awards calendar: identify the ones worth entering, write and submit, and turn wins into press and site assets.
- Own our events presence: speaking slots, panels, trade and consumer events, and partner activations. Decide which are worth the money, run the ones that are, and report on what came back.
- 5+ years across PR and affiliate or partnerships, with at least 2 years on the publisher side of affiliate: you have personally gotten a brand onto Healthline, Forbes Health, Fortune, CNN Underscored, or their equivalents, and you can name the editor.
- Hands-on with Impact, ShareASale/Awin, or Sovrn. You have set up a program, not just managed one someone else built.
- A press record in consumer health, wellness, beauty, or supplements. Links, not a list of outlets.
- Comfortable with clinical language: you can read a strain study and turn it into a sentence an RD reviewer will accept and a lawyer will sign off on.
- Direct communicator. You tell us when a placement is not worth chasing and when our page is not ready.
- Strong plus
- Experience at an affiliate agency or a network (Impact, Sovrn, Skimlinks).Time in-house at a brand that already did this well.
- Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life insurance10 PTO days + 12 paid holidays 401(k) with Company Match
- Continued education reimbursementWFH stipend
- Health and wellness stipend
- Meals provided (in-office)
- Monthly Supplement Wellness Products Provided
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
