What You'll Do:
Build and grow your own insurance agency Develop relationships with individuals, families, and local businesses Educate clients on insurance and financial protection solutions Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team Create marketing and networking strategies to generate new business Deliver exceptional customer service while building long-term client relationships Manage the operations and growth of your agency
What We're Looking For:
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for business ownership Strong communication and relationship-building skills Sales, management, leadership, or business development experience preferred Self-motivated with a competitive drive to succeed Bachelor's degree preferred but not required Ability to meet Farmers Insurance financial and licensing requirements Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses (or willingness to obtain)
