About the role

Arrow Senior Living in Mentor, OH is seeking a Memory Care Support Partner to warmly engage residents during daily routines and sensitive moments. The role requires compassion, patience, and strong English communication, with shift 11:00pm–7:00am; pay range $18–$24.25 per hour; full-time, on-site. You will document care, support orientation for memory care teammates, and help create a welcoming, safe setting that enhances residents' quality of life.
