Crunch Fitness is seeking an Area Director of Western PA to lead multi-club operations with urgency, clarity, and compassion. You will drive sales execution, coach managers, and ensure our systems are followed while delivering a wow experience to members. Expect heavy travel (up to 90%), hands-on leadership, and accountability for club performance. You will mentor leaders, optimize operations, and activate local momentum to grow membership and revenue across the region.
