About the role
Driving the commercial success of a breakthrough therapy portfolio, the full-time Hospital Sales Specialist will manage an assigned territory in Poland, focusing on building relationships with healthcare professionals and hospital stakeholders while executing detailed business plans and leveraging insights for optimal engagement.
Key responsibilities
Manage an assigned territory, identifying and developing high-value interactions with healthcare professionals and hospital stakeholders
Deliver scientifically robust and compliant engagements that build trust and credibility with hospital customers
Develop and execute a detailed territory business plan to meet national and regional business goals
Required qualifications
Demonstrated success promoting multiple/complex products within hospital and secondary care settings
Skilled in hybrid customer engagement, including face-to-face, remote, and digital channels
Competent in the use of digital tools such as Veeva CRM to enhance engagement and efficiency
Strong analytical, planning, and organizational capabilities
Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions to deliver shared business goals
