🚨 NOW HIRING: SENIOR ELECTRICIAN / ELECTRICAL SUPERINTENDENT📍 Federal & VA Construction Projects | Full-Time Are you an experienced Electrician who is ready to take the next step into a leadership role? We are looking for a skilled Electrician / Electrical Superintendent to join a growing construction team working primarily on Federal Government and VA projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who can do more than electrical installation — someone who can take ownership of a project, lead field operations, coordinate trades, and drive the work through completion.

🔧 Responsibilities: Lead and oversee electrical installations from layout through final closeout Read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and construction documents Plan manpower, materials, equipment, and work sequencing Coordinate electrical work with subcontractors and other trades Identify and resolve field conflicts and construction issues Manage schedules, inspections, punch lists, and project documentation Maintain quality control and ensure compliance with codes and project requirements Lead field personnel and coordinate day-to-day construction activities Depending on the project, serve as Project Superintendent overseeing multiple trades⭐

Experience & Qualifications: 10+ years of electrical experience required. Strong commercial construction and field experience Previous experience as an Electrical Foreman, Lead Electrician, Superintendent, or Construction Manager is highly required.
