About the role
Overseeing the Success & Investigative Services team, the full-time Supervisor will manage customer relationships, monitor complaints, and implement training and process improvements in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
Monitors complaints and develops strategies to reduce the highest complaint categories
Identifies training gaps and opportunities through call monitoring analysis
Measures and manages team performance to meet or exceed performance and contractual targets
Required qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required
Four (4) plus years of experience, including one (1) to three (3) years of call center and/or clinical leadership experience
Up to one (1) year of leadership responsibility
Experience coaching team members to improve performance
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
