Key Responsibilities for the Director of Human Resources: Lead the company’s overall HR strategy, policies, and people initiatives. Partner with executive leadership on workforce planning, organizational development, and succession planning. Oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and performance management programs. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Develop and implement employee engagement, retention, and leadership development initiatives. Manage HR operations, systems, reporting, and HR team performance. Qualifications for the Director of Human Resources: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably within construction, manufacturing, engineering, or related industries. Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, compensation, and compliance.
