Myers Capital Hawaii is seeking an accomplished Senior Mortgage Loan Originator to join our elite origination team. This role is designed for a seasoned professional with an established referral network and a track record of high-volume production. Responsibilities: Drive high-volume residential and commercial mortgage origination. Develop, maintain, and expand a robust referral partner network. Guide complex and non-QM loan scenarios from structuring to close. Mentor and support junior loan originators on the team. Represent Myers Capital Hawaii at industry events and networking functions. Deliver an exceptional client experience from first contact through closing.
Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of mortgage origination experience required. Established and proven referral partner network required. Active NMLS license required. Proven track record of high-volume mortgage production ($20M+ annually preferred).Deep expertise in conventional, jumbo, non-QM, and portfolio loan products. Strong leadership qualities and ability to mentor others.
