About the role

Premise Health Inc. is seeking a full-time Chiropractor to provide care for employees and dependents at our Health Center in Eagan, MN. The role is 40 hours per week during clinic hours, with a schedule of Mon/Wed 7:00-5:00, Tue/Thu 8:00-6:00, and Fri 7:00-11:00. You will perform spinal adjustments, evaluate neuromuscular-skeletal function, and develop treatment plans. We offer competitive pay and a full benefits package.
