🚀 AI Project Manager | Hybrid – New York, NYClient is looking for an experienced AI Project Manager to lead high-impact AI initiatives across Marketing & Communications. You’ll connect business priorities with technical delivery teams and drive projects from idea and scoping through build, pilot, adoption, and measurable business value.
What You’ll Do: Lead integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, resources, risks, and delivery decisions across multiple AI initiatives. Coordinate business, engineering, data, architecture, security, vendors, and distributed teams. Partner with business owners to define requirements, acceptance criteria, KPIs, and expected outcomes. Drive responsible AI delivery, including human oversight, privacy, security, compliance, and governance. Lead pilots, testing, implementation, change management, adoption, and operational handoff.
What You Bring: Significant experience leading complex technology, data, digital, automation, or AI initiatives. Strong project planning, risk management, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills. Practical understanding of AI delivery, data quality, integrations, validation, privacy, security, and responsible AI.Experience managing distributed teams and multiple concurrent workstreams.
