About the role
Leading a team of interpreters, the full-time Certified Language Services Manager will oversee operational performance, quality standards, and employee engagement in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
Review interpreter performance metrics and implement coaching and corrective action strategies for performance improvement
Monitor schedule adherence, quality standards, and overall operational performance while ensuring compliance with policies
Collaborate with various departments to address performance and development needs, fostering a positive team culture
Required qualifications
Bachelor's Degree plus 2+ years of work experience or High School Diploma/GED plus 4+ years of work experience
National certification from RID, CCHI, or NBCMI required; alternative certifications accepted if national certification is unavailable
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a certified interpreter
Extensive knowledge of industry regulations and ethical guidelines required
2+ years of experience in language services management or a related field preferred
