Warehouse Associate – Shipping, Receiving & Inventory Lindon, UT | $24.00/Hour | Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PMWhat You’ll Do
Shipping & Receiving
Receive and inspect incoming products and materials.
Verify quantities, product information, and shipment documentation.
Process outgoing orders accurately and efficiently.
Pick, pack, label, and prepare products for shipment.
Coordinate shipments and ensure products are properly packaged and protected.
Identify and report damaged, missing, or incorrect products. ShipStation & Order Processing
UseShipStationto process orders, create shipping labels, track shipments, and manage outgoing product.
Ensure shipping information is accurate and up to date.
Monitor orders through the shipping process and resolve discrepancies as needed.
Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing products. Warehouse & Inventory
Stock and organize products and materials throughout the warehouse.
Pick products accurately based on orders and work instructions.
Assist with inventory counts and maintaining accurate inventory records.
Maintain an organized warehouse and ensure products are stored safely and efficiently.
Assist with loading and unloading shipments as needed. Quality & Accuracy
Inspect products and orders for accuracy before shipment.
Ensure the correct product, quantity, and shipping information are matched to each order.
Follow established warehouse, shipping, and safety procedures.
Communicate inventory or shipping issues promptly to the appropriate team members.
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications:
Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or order fulfillment experience.
Hands-on experience with ShipStation is required.
Strong understanding of incoming and outgoing product processes.
Ability to accurately pick, pack, label, and prepare shipments.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse and shipping systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Dependable, reliable, and committed to maintaining a high level of accuracy. Preferred Experience
Experience managing both shipping and receiving functions.
Experience with inventory management systems.
Experience processing a high volume of orders.
Forklift or other warehouse equipment experience.
Physical Requirements:
Standing and walking for extended periods.
Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, and moving throughout the warehouse.
Lifting and moving boxes and products as needed.
