Job Description: Arizona Coin and Bullion is Scottsdale’s trusted premier destination for rare coins, precious metals, and bullion. Beyond our coin shop, our parent group operates multiple diverse businesses, making this a unique entry-level opportunity for someone looking for long-term growth and upward mobility across different industries. We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and trustworthy team member to manage our online product listings and daily shipping operations. In this hands-on, back-office role, you will photograph merchandise, securely package customer orders, and help keep our inventory organized. No prior eBay or coin experience? No problem! We will teach you the ropes through comprehensive on-the-job training, but we are looking for a motivated self-starter who will take initiative and learn as they work. Because this role involves handling high-value merchandise, the successful candidate must be security-conscious, trustworthy, and able to pass a background check as a condition of employment.

Key Responsibilities: E-Commerce & Listing Professionally photograph merchandise using a smartphone or tablet. Create accurate, detailed listings and product descriptions for eBay and other online platforms. Monitor active listings and update inventory as items sell. Order Fulfillment & Shipping Accurately pack and prepare orders for shipment following strict procedures for handling high-value merchandise. Maintain a clean, organized, secure, and properly stocked shipping area. Inventory & Growth Help organize and maintain physical inventory counts. Quickly pick up a working knowledge of rare coins, precious metals, and collectibles through on-the-job experience.

Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties and assist with cross-functional tasks as assigned across our growing business operations.

What We're Looking For: Dependable with a strong work ethic and high integrity (trustworthy with valuable inventory).Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated. Comfortable using computers, mobile devices, and online platforms. No prior eBay or coin experience required—just a hunger to learn and the drive to work independently. Consistent and reliable attendance. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. as required and stand/sit for long periods. Must be able to successfully pass a background check as a condition of employment.
