About the role
To support a growing business development team, the full-time Client Development Representative will engage prospective customers, research target accounts, and create qualified opportunities for sales and consulting teams, with options for remote work.
Key responsibilities
Develop new relationships and opportunities within strategically targeted accounts and markets
Research prospective customers to understand their business operations and potential challenges
Engage executives with thoughtful outreach and transition qualified opportunities to the Sales team
Required qualifications
2-4+ years of experience in business development, sales development, or a customer-facing B2B role
Strong ability to initiate conversations and build rapport with decision-makers
Proficiency in using CRM and sales-intelligence platforms
Organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and conversations simultaneously
Curiosity and motivation to learn about business operations and sales strategies
