About the role

Production - Trim Press Operator We are hiring a Trim Press Operator to prepare zinc die cast parts coming off casting machines. This role focuses on trimming, quality inspection, and meeting production standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

Degate and trim zinc die cast parts according to written work instructions
Inspect parts for defects to meet quality standards
Meet production and efficiency goals set by management
Wear required PPE and follow all safety procedures
Support department and company quality and production goals
Follow written and verbal work instructions.

Qualifications:

Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
Strong attention to detail
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Flexible to work different assignments and departments as needed
Willing to work early morning or evening shifts
Must be able to work mandatory overtime
Physical & Work Environment
Standing approximately 95% of the shift
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs

Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older High school diploma or GED required4 X 10 Mon Thru Thurs, 9 PM to 7 AM OR 11 PM to 9 AM 40 Hour Work Week
