- ScheduleStaff hours are:
- Monday: 12:00 PM – 7:00 PMTuesday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
- Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PMThursday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM (1-hour lunch)

- Office Administration
- Welcome patients and provide outstanding customer service
- Answer phones and schedule appointments
- Manage patient check-in and check-out
- Maintain accurate patient records in the EMR/EHR system
- Insurance & Billing Support
- Verify insurance benefits and eligibility
- Explain payment procedures and office policies
- Post charges accurately
- Collect co-pays and outstanding balances
- Patient Care & Follow-UpAssist with patient flow throughout the clinic
- Escort patients to treatment areas
- Take basic vital signs
- Follow up with missed appointments and conduct patient outreach as needed
- Assist with prescribed passive therapies, including decompression tables, electrical stimulation, and hot/cold therapy under doctor supervision
- Office Operations
- Perform opening and closing procedures
- Maintain clean, organized treatment and office areas
- Support team members as needed to ensure a positive patient experience
- Has previous medical office, healthcare, dental, physical therapy, chiropractic, or related administrative experience
- Provides excellent customer service
- Is organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Can multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Communicates professionally with patients and staff
- Is comfortable learning new clinical and administrative procedures
