What You'll Do: As a Packaging Operator, you'll play a key role in ensuring our products are packaged to perfection.
Your day-to-day will include: Building and assembling container, closure, and carton systems with precision. Packing finished products according to customer specifications and quality standards. Preparing pallets for shipment using electric pallet jacks and shrink-wrap machines. Auditing quality to guarantee every product meets our high standards. Maintaining safety & cleanliness in a climate-controlled production environment. Collaborating & training—work as part of a supportive team and help others grow.
What We're Looking For: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous manufacturing experience? Great! If not, we'll train you. Ability to follow SOPs, work instructions, and maintain a positive, team-focused attitude. Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods. Knowledge of FDA GMP and OSHA safety requirements is a plus.
