Chantilly VA8+ years of ServiceNow implementations in Agile, with 6+ years across multiple suites (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CMDB, SPM) Active Top Secret (TS/SCI) clearance is MUSTDeep scripting: JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub and Service PortalComplex integrations: REST/SOAP, SSO/SAML, OAuth, LDAP, MID Server, eBonding, JDBC and data migrationCI/CD, DevSecOps and code review experienceHas led developers and run implementations against a designPerformance Analytics reports and dashboardsCerts (has them or will get them): CSA, a ServiceNow developer cert, Security+ (or similar) and ITIL 4 Foundation
