Job Description
Position: Survey/CAD Technician
Reporting to: Department Manager
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist with survey-related projects using CAD tools
  • Work independently and collaboratively within project teams
  • Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all deliverables
Requirements
Requirements and skills:
  • High school diploma: some college coursework preferredCAD certification
  • Previous experience as a Survey/CAD technician
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
Physical requirements:
  • Ability to work in both office and field environments
  • Prolonged standing and walking during field operations
  • Frequent walking on uneven terrain, slopes, and construction sites
  • Regular bending, kneeling, crouching, squatting, and reaching
  • Ability to lift, carry, and transport survey equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to set up, move, and dismantle survey instruments and tripods
Pay transparency
Base salary: starting at $72,800 annually (negotiable based on qualifications and experiences) Full-time benefits include medical, dental and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs), long- and short-term disabilities, and term life insurance.
