*This is Fully Onsite Job*light travel to County offices and facilities throughout Spartanburg County* *Candidate MUST be a SC resident or willing to commute or relocate to SC prior to starting the role*** The Business Analyst will serve as the discovery and analysis lead for the Documentation Recovery initiative. Working across Information Technologies and with key County stakeholders, the BA will inventory and assess existing documentation, interview subject-matter experts, document current-state processes and technology dependencies, identify documentation and process gaps, and organize findings into structured inputs for the Technical Writer and IT leadership. The work will support cybersecurity, operational continuity, knowledge transfer, disaster recovery, and long-term documentation governance.
