About the role
Senior Product LeadSymmetrio is seeking a strategic and highly collaborative Senior Product Lead to support our client, a healthcare SaaS company focused on oncology care, to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of their SaaS platform roadmap and end-to-end user experience initiatives. This leadership role will drive product innovation, platform enhancements, UX strategy, and cross-functional product execution across the organization.The ideal candidate combines strong product leadership, customer-centric thinking, UX expertise, and operational excellence with the ability to lead high-performing teams in a fast-paced healthcare SaaS environment.This is a full-time office-based position located in the Denver Metro area with a salary range between $180,000 and $220,000.ResponsibilitiesLead, own, and evolve the company's Product Management and User Experience roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, customer needs, and market opportunities.Drive product innovation, next-generation platform enhancements, scalability initiatives, and long-term capacity planning.Develop and execute UX and product design strategies across the full client and contributor journey.Build, lead, and develop high-performing Product Management and UX teams through coaching, mentorship, and talent development.Establish and continuously improve scalable product development processes, ensuring effective prioritization, execution, and incorporation of customer feedback into the product roadmap.Partner with executive leadership and key stakeholders to shape product vision, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure organizational alignment.Partner with Engineering, Marketing, Brand, and Client Services teams to ensure a seamless and consistent user experience across all touchpoints.Lead compliance, regulatory, and enhancement initiatives while proactively communicating organizational impact and requirements to leadership.Champion Agile, Lean Product Development, and modern UX best practices throughout the organization.Utilize A/B testing, analytics, and customer insights to optimize user engagement, acquisition, and retention.Monitor industry trends, competitive dynamics, emerging technologies, and strategic partnership opportunities to inform product strategy.Lead product design sessions, define platform capabilities, and document functional requirements and feature enhancements.Oversee product release planning, prioritization, estimation, and execution across multiple concurrent initiatives.Brief and train Sales and Client Services teams on product capabilities, enhancements, and positioning.Act as a collaborative leader across the organization and contribute to a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
