Hiring: Senior Construction Estimator | $5M+ Projects We’re looking for an experienced Construction Estimator to join the team and take ownership of preparing accurate, competitive estimates and proposals for major construction projects. If you’re someone who can confidently read plans/specs, develop detailed estimates, work with subcontractors/vendors, and help drive bids from start to finish this could be a great opportunity.🔹 5+ years of construction estimating experience🔹 Experience estimating $5M+ projects🔹 Strong knowledge of construction plans, specifications & materials🔹 HCSS Heavy Bid experience required🔹 Bluebeam Revu experience required🔹 Strong communication, organization & problem-solving skills🔹 Degree in Construction Management, Business Management, or Civil Engineering preferred🔹 Must be authorized to work in the U.S.You’ll work closely with the estimating, project management, and design teams on bid preparation, vendor/subcontractor sourcing, buyout, and design-build pursuits.
