Now Hiring: Mechanical Assembler – 1st Shift (Lexington, KY) Looking for a hands-on position where your mechanical skills can make a difference? We are hiring Mechanical Assemblers for a temp-to-hire opportunity on 1st shift in Lexington, KY.
Job Responsibilities: Assemble industrial equipment using process sheets and work instructions. Install components, wiring, and assemblies according to hand tools, torque wrenches, and other assembly tools safely and quality checks to ensure completed assemblies meet standards. Maintain a clean and safe work area while following all safety procedures.
Qualifications: Strong mechanical aptitude required. Experience working on automobiles, heavy equipment, farm equipment, or other mechanical systems is preferred. Ability to read and follow assembly instructions and process sheets. Comfortable using hand tools and measuring/torque tools. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand on concrete for the duration of the shift. Steel-toe shoes required. Reliable attendance is a must. Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
