Role Description: This full-time remote Data Entry Specialist role is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining information in company databases and systems. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing source documents, verifying data for accuracy and completeness, and resolving minor discrepancies in collaboration with relevant team members. The role involves organizing digital files, following standardized data entry procedures, and meeting productivity and quality targets. The Data Entry Specialist will communicate with internal stakeholders to clarify information, provide status updates, and ensure that records are aligned with operational needs. This position also supports basic administrative tasks related to data management and documentation.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess strong Typing and Computer Literacy skills to efficiently manage data entry tasks and use office software and online systems. Candidates should possess solid Communication and Customer Service skills to interact clearly with colleagues, respond to inquiries, and handle data-related requests professionally. Candidates should possess Administrative Assistance abilities, including organizing records, following procedures, and supporting documentation workflows. Attention to detail, high level of accuracy, and ability to maintain data confidentiality. Comfort working independently in a remote environment and managing time effectively to meet deadlines. Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or similar roles is beneficial. Familiarity with spreadsheets, word processing tools, and database systems is an advantage. High school diploma or equivalent; further training or certification in office administration or data management is a plus.
