S/he will report to the Programs/PR/Development Coordinator. The internship is based in Washington, DC, right by Dupont Circle. Numerous restaurants and stores nearby, right in the heart of Washington! Parking lot is available behind the office.QualificationsWorking toward or completed a degree or higher in journalism, communications, nonprofit development, or similar Excellent writing skills and ability to craft content on a variety of platforms; Ability to draft well-written correspondence and proofread documents. Strong verbal, social media, and web research skills Self-motivated, dependable and detail-oriented multi-tasker Superb organizational skills Able to work independently and proactively The ideal intern is a highly organized individual with superb communication and writing skills.
