About the role
T. Rowe Price is seeking an experienced Managing Legal Counsel to support the U.S. registered funds ETF platform.
You will advise senior leaders, partner with Product, Distribution, Investments, and Compliance on complex regulatory matters, and lead regulatory filings and governance materials. The role requires deep ETF knowledge, board-facing experience, and the ability to manage outside counsel. This position offers hybrid work and the opportunity to shape ETF strategy across a premier asset
