About the role

We are looking for an experienced real estate specialist to support complex land and property matters for utility and infrastructure initiatives in Juno Beach, Florida. This Long-term Contract position focuses on securing property interests, guiding negotiations, and helping advance projects that require rights-of-way, site control, and land use coordination. The role calls for strong judgment in legal, regulatory, and commercial matters, along with the ability to work effectively with landowners, agencies, developers, and construction stakeholders.
Responsibilities: Drive land acquisition strategies for large-scale projects, securing fee ownership, leases, easements, and rights-of-way needed for project delivery. Lead negotiations with landowners and external parties to obtain transmission corridors, substation locations, and other critical property interests within required timelines. Manage the sale, leasing, or disposition of company-held properties while protecting business objectives and maintaining proper documentation. Address complicated title, ownership, boundary, and access disputes by coordinating with legal, regulatory, and operational teams to reach practical resolutions. Provide guidance on land rights, zoning considerations, land use matters, and eminent domain-related activities to support project planning and execution. Direct valuation discussions and structure high-value property agreements using sound market analysis, negotiation strategy, and risk awareness. Partner with developers, regulatory bodies, construction teams, and property owners to establish compliant land use agreements and support project progress. Create and refine acquisition procedures, governance standards, and operating practices that improve consistency, compliance, and overall effectiveness. Ensure all transactions and negotiations align with applicable laws, internal policies, and regulatory obligations affecting real estate and land use activities.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
