About the role

To support a growing Work Transformation practice, the full-time Account Executive - Work Transformation will drive the sales cycle for AI-enabled services on the Atlassian platform, helping clients modernize their operations and improve employee experiences while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Drive the entire sales cycle from initial conversation to closing across various service lines, including agile transformation and ITSM Develop and maintain a sales pipeline at three times the quota target while helping clients define and execute work transformation strategies Build relationships with Atlassian sales and channel teams to enhance collaboration and co-selling efforts Required qualifications: 5+ years of experience selling consulting or transformation services, preferably related to Atlassian Direct experience in selling Atlassian-related services at a Solution Partner, ISV, or Atlassian itself Working knowledge of agile transformation, ITSM, and AI-enabled work management Proven track record of building pipeline and growing strategic accounts in complex enterprise environments Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to establish trusted relationships with clients and partners
